The Challenge

The client was frustrated by the steep costs of mainstream sales automation platforms, which often exceeded $2000 per user per year and locked their data in proprietary systems. They needed a cost-effective solution that combined best-in-class data enrichment, outreach integration, and messaging automation, while maintaining full control and ownership of their data within Salesforce and Outreach.

Our Approach

Our team architected the system to easily integrate with all major sales data sources via API, while keeping the user experience simple and spreadsheet-like for reps. We prioritized cost savings by leveraging direct API access and avoiding unnecessary SaaS markups. The custom LLM was trained to mimic top-performing outbound strategies and messaging styles, producing hyper-relevant emails in seconds. We ensured all enrichment data flowed directly into Salesforce and Outreach, maintaining full client data ownership and auditability. Ongoing feedback loops allowed for continuous improvement in both enrichment accuracy and email generation quality.
